I met Heather Drake 8 years ago when we were in a posing class together and I guess you can say the rest is history. Heather has the unique ability to see what is in you and pull out the athlete inside. Over the course of almost a decade, she has selflessly devoted her time, energy, compassion and knowledge to helping me become a nationally qualified figure competition and frankly, a better person as a whole. As a childhood cancer survivor she understands what my body and mind have gone through and challenges me accordingly. She has structured my workouts to be challenging and fun. As my posing coach she amazed me with her ability to teach me how to feel the pose, make the appropriate transition and even hide my weaker areas. Heather represents class, integrity and hard work and comes with my absolute highest recommendation. It is an honor to make her proud and have her in my corner.

Working with Heather was one of the most incredible and uplifting experiences I have ever had during my figure competition preparation. Not only did she guide me as my posing coach, but she also served as my mentor and confidant during difficult phases of my contest prep. I met Heather in March 2015, after sending a blind email asking for local (Columbus, Ohio) help on my figure posing.  With style and grace, Heather helped me to bring out my stage presence and with that, helped me earn my WNBF Open Figure Pro Card in October 2015 and helped me earn my WNBF Open FitBody Pro Card in June 2019. With her help, I have learned so much about figure posing and fitbody posing. I would recommend her to anyone. Last but not least, with her help I was able to place 5th in the WNBF Worlds in 2018. I appreciate and value everything that she has done. To me, she started off as a mentor but soon developed into a wonderful friend.

Heather is motivational trainer and her workouts are engaging. She shows genuine care for my health and well being. Her commitment has taken me to higher levels of achievement than I thought possible. With her training I placed 2nd in over 45+ and 3rd in Open in my show on April 2019 after a 4yr break from competing in Figure. This past June I placed 1st in over 45+ and 2nd in Open. Heather has gotten me in the best shape of my life! I would hands down refer Heather to anyone willing to put in the work and learn new techniques. Heather is a dear friend.
